Preorders

• If an item is listed as ‘preorder,’ the estimated shipping month will be displayed beneath the purchase button.

Shipping

• A standard shipping fee of £4 applies to all orders.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on unused, unpersonalised itemswithin 30 days of receipt.

Return Eligibility

• Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.
• Exclusions: Personalised and downloadable products are not eligible for return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Process

• Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 days of our team receiving and accepting your return.
